Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend that you ensure you have adequate Travel Insurance to cover your losses if cancellation is due to an insured event beyond your control resulting in a financial loss. Entry to the USA - Visa free travel for International Visitors
International travellers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are now subject to enhanced security requirements. All eligible travellers who wish to travel to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorisation and pay the fee. Your airline will be able to provide further details.
It is mandatory for all passengers visiting the USA under the Visa Waiver Programme to apply in advance for travel authorisation from the USA Customs and Border Protection's Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA). Your Airline will not be permitted to allow you to travel to the USA under the Visa Waiver Programme unless you have a valid travel authority.
Please ensure you apply for your ESTA as soon as possible after booking your flight. In most circumstances a response is received within seconds, though for a small minority of passengers the decision may take up to 72 hours. If an ESTA is denied then the passenger must obtain a visa for their journey.
Since 8th September 2010, US Customs and Border Protection apply a charge of $14 USD per application. You can obtain your ESTA by visiting the US Government website.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $200 (£100) per week booked
is due within 7 days of your initial reservation. On receipt
of your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance,
following which we will send out a receipt and confirmation
of booking. Payment of the balance and security deposit is
due in full 8 weeks prior to your departure date. On receipt,
banking and clearance of your parties’ final payment,
we will send out your arrival pack.
