If our villa is booked for the time you wanted to stay you
may still contact us to see if we can assist you in locating
an alternative villa.
Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend that you ensure you have adequate
Travel Insurance to cover your losses if cancellation is due
to an insured event beyond your control resulting in a financial
loss. We recommend

Entry to the USA: New Requirements from October 2006
Visa-free travel to the USA for British visitors
Information about requirements to enter the USA under the
visa waiver programme follows, but we advise you to check
the following web sites:

Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $200 (£100) per week booked
is due within 7 days of your initial reservation. On receipt
of your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance,
following which we will send out a receipt and confirmation
of booking. Payment of the balance and security deposit is
due in full 8 weeks prior to your departure date. On receipt,
banking and clearance of your parties’ final payment,
we will send out your arrival pack.
