The Pool Deck

Our Villa has it’s own private South facing pool which measures 26ft x 13ft and is in the sun from early morning to late in the afternoon. It also features a heated separate spa / Jacuzzi with raised extended deck. The pool is surrounded by a large patio deck area which includes a double covered lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. Two ceiling fans with lights are provided under the lanai to help keep you cool.

The surrounding deck is furnished with patio dining chairs, a table and four sun loungers. Just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida outdoor living experience.

The pool deck is fully screened which helps keep the pool area clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by a fully licensed contractor, so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

An access door from the pool deck to the second master en-suite allows the use of toilet and shower from the pool area.

External doors and windows from the Villa to the pool area are alarmed for the safety of young children – they cannot access the pool area without your knowledge. There are extensive lawned areas both sides of the pool deck, planted with a number of large palm trees and shrubs.

* The Spa and pool may be heated – by prior arrangement with our Management Company. We ask for a small daily charge to cover the additional costs of heating.
